Devil Comet April 2024. The horned “devil comet,” notable for a recent series of explosive outbursts, is visible in the night sky now and will appear during april’s total solar eclipse. In the first of those significant outbursts, on july 20, 2023, the comet brightened by a factor of a hundred times, shedding an estimated 10 million metric tons of dust and ice.

During the total solar eclipse on april 8, the fiery green devil comet could be visible too. Saturday and sunday, april 6 and 7.
